REFUND POLICY
At Voidlit, our digital wellness tools are designed to facilitate immediate discipline and control; as such, our delivery systems are engineered for instant execution.
1. Final Sale Protocol
All digital products, including but not limited to interactive audiobooks, ebooks, and downloadable modules, are considered final sale. Due to the nature of digital wellness assets, once access is granted or a download is initiated, the transaction is complete and non-reversible.
2. No Refunds or Exchanges
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided under any circumstances once access is granted to the Voidlit system. This policy remains in effect regardless of whether the product is used, partially accessed, or reserved for later use. Non-usage does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. Technical Compatibility
Customers bear full responsibility for ensuring their hardware and software environments, specifically the Kotobee Reader app, are compatible with Voidlit digital products prior to purchase. Technical inability to access content due to user-side software or device incompatibility does not override the no-refund policy.
4. Legal Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy are made only where strictly required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. If any part of this policy is deemed unenforceable by law, all remaining sections shall continue in full force.
